If I had to
define Irina as a professional, my definition would be: PASSION and TOTAL
IMPLICATION. I know Irina at work very well. We have shared a lot of
professional experiences together and I have watched very closely how she lives
her passion through every of her professional challenges. One can see the
passion for what she does in her eyes, in every gesture and in every
explanation, and she transmits this passion to anyone who comes across. And her
involvement in every project she is doing is total, in terms of time, efforts
and resources.

Our
sessions help me to “pamper” my business, to dedicate those hours to think
about how I could improve the processes, search for new horizons, and clarify my
ideas. Normally we don’t tend to dedicate enough time to think about our
business due to very hectic rhythm of our daily life that forces us to give
more attention to the urgent matters of daily operations. Our sessions help me
to dedicate my time to one exclusive goal: enrich and improve.
I have learned through this process that the creativity is infinite. That one always can go beyond. That it is inexhaustible resource. And that unfortunately we don’t nurture it how we should. I also have learned to manage my creativity. Several years ago they launched a rather popular comercial of car tires brand with a slogan: “Power without control is nothing”. One could say the same about creativity. It is necessary to manage the creativity so it would not stay just a bunch of nice ideas. The brilliancy of Creative Problem Solving is that it gives the power to creativity and manages it in order to take ideas to action.

It has been one of my greatest discoveries
of the latest years to learn that creativity is not reserved only to
artistic elite, but it is something that each of us carries inside and we only
need someone to explain to us how to manage it. And when I talk about creativity I
mean creativity in the broadest sense of the word, creativity applied to any
problem, personal or professional, that could be expressed in words and that
requires imagination to be solved. Surely, one of the key learnings has been
the discovery that I can learn suspending judgement (I am still learning it),
that it is to say, avoiding automatic judgement of any idea, whether it comes from
myself or from another person. It opens enormous possibilities, and personally
the ability to say “Well, why not? Let’s see what may come out of it?” has
helped me in different aspects of my life. And I owe it to Irina.

One may very rarely come across a
professional that since the first moment gives you the confidence of what she
is capable of doing and that she really can deliver some value. And this is
Irina’s case. I have participated in her creative sessions since October 2010.
Not only she communicates clearly and concisely the objectives and
methodologies of creativity development, but she also has been a magnificent
facilitator, achieving that each one of us would get the best out of oneself at
every moment. It is also important to mention her capacity of constant
innovation through improving continuously every little detail so that the
creativity experience would turn into something almost magical for each of us.
In short, I would strongly recommend Irina’s classes to everyone who wants to open up the possibilities of one’s imagination and discover the ways of applying them in the areas where one needs. You won’t regret it.
