                                                      Case 1

                                                      Client: cultural non-profit association

                                                      CHALLENGE: The client was working on a project of an international art and music festival and needed creative ideas for a range of festival activities.  
                                                      PROCESS: Together with the client's team, based on the data related to the client's situation, we explored all possible challenges that the client had the need to solve. Once the challenge was defined, the client's team under Irina's guidance  used various creative techniques to explore all possible options for festival activities. In the process of evaluation the client identified the best ideas in order to elaborate them more.  The session concluded with identifying the next steps the client had to take in order to create a more solid proposal for the festival.
                                                      DURATION: 1 session, 3 hours in total.

                                                      Case 2

                                                      Client: photographic studio dedicated to commercial portrait

                                                      CHALLENGE: The client was looking for ways to diversify its products in order to increase the customers' retention rate.
                                                      PROCESS: We started with exploring all relevant data: what was going on,  who was involved, where, when and how? Why? What the client wanted to happen? What had been done already? Based on this data we looked at the situation from all possible perspectives in order to identify the challenges the client had to solve in order to achieve its goals. With the help of various techniques the client was able to identify the challenge with the highest priority. 
                                                      Together with the client's team we created more than 300 ideas.  We helped the client  to evaluate those ideas in order to select those the client would employ in its business practice. The process concluded with elaboration of the most interesting idea and defining an action plan to implement it.
                                                      DURATION: 4 sessions, 10 hours in total
                                                      CLIENT'S EVALUATION: Great! We are so pleased! It was difficult but anything that requires efforts and gives great results is stimulating.

                                                      Case 3

                                                      Client: small innovation start-up

                                                      CHALLENGE: The client was looking for promoting its new products on the market.
                                                      PROCESS: The client had a very specific vision for the company and its business model. After assessing the situation and exploring the challenge,  we ideated  looking for the profile of an ideal customer of our client, and then elaborated different ways of communicating the client's value to its ideal customer. However at the stage of defining an action plan it became apparent that the company's vision did not correspond to the client's real goals, the factor that actually had jeopardized  all previous client's efforts to promote its products.
                                                      We helped the client to create a new vision and identify new challenges that were necessary to resolve in order to arrive at the desired future state. Going from there together we explored the client's environment and ideated for different components of a possible business model.  The process concluded with elaboration of a framework that the client may use to develop new business model and creative business strategy.
                                                      DURATION: 8 sessions, 25 hours in total
                                                      CLIENT'S EVALUATION: It has rendered very interesting results.  It has helped us to resolve doubts that had not allow us going forward. We don't know how lucky we are to be able to work with Irina!
